Office Refurbishment & Fit-Out for Accuracy

When Accuracy sought to expand their offices beyond two existing floors into an adjacent vacant space, Lomax was appointed to deliver the transformation.

The design, led by Paul Beardmore of Edit Design, focused on a complete refurbishment while carefully preserving the client’s original accents and features. Innovative solutions were used to seamlessly integrate the new floor with the existing workspace, achieving both continuity and a fresh sense of identity.

Scope of works included:

• Installation of new flooring

• Solid and glass partition systems

• Modern teapoints

• Full redecoration with elegant fluted glass details

Lomax managed the entire construction process from project management and procurement through to on-site delivery. Collaborate, the appointed furniture practice, supplied and installed all new furnishings, creating a functional, stylish, and inspiring workplace that reflects the client’s vision.
