Lomax Commercial Interiors was appointed to deliver a new studio for Enmei Pilates, a growing chain of premium studios, as part of the wider refurbishment of the iconic Moxon Buildings in Marylebone.

Scope of Works

Our team provided a full fit-out package, transforming the empty shell into a functional and modern studio space. Works included:

• Installation of structural flooring for stability and durability

• Construction of internal walls and ceilings

• Complete electrical installation to meet compliance and operational needs

• Lighting Features

• Decoration throughout

• Flooring with LTV to Reception and toilets and painted floor in the gym

• Joinery

• Mirror installation

Delivered on schedule, the completed studio provided Enmei Pilates with a high-quality, fully functional environment ready for immediate use.
